About Us

The Groton Jr/Sr PTO was founded in 2015 and supplements the already established Groton Elementary PTO.
The goals of the organization are:
(a) To foster good relationships among students, parents, teachers and other school personnel.
(b) To enhance communication between parents and school.
(c) To be a vehicle for the community at large to contribute to the students in the areas of education, safety, health and recreation.
(d) To provide speakers and programs of interest to students, parents, teachers and the community.
(e) To cooperate with ongoing school programs and other community organizations to sponsor enrichment programs.
(f) To be a vehicle for fund raising for additional school programs, project, materials and equipment.
